Kochi: Indian Premier League or IPL is one of the most popular leagues in the world. Now, an IPL team has topped the list of Asia’s most interacted sports teams in the month of July on Instagram. According to a study conducted by Deportes and Finances, Virat Kohli’s RCB became the most popular team in Asia with a participation of 64.2 million. Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nasser club is in second place. They reached the second position after winning the Saudi Premier League title thanks to Ronaldo. Al-Nasser gained a total of 60.9 million interactions.
After winning IPL 2023, Chennai Super Kings are third in this list with a total of 55.6 million interactions on CSK’s Instagram page. Mumbai Indians, the most successful team in the IPL, is at the fourth position on the Instagram list.
