8. Greece
The small island of Chálki off the coast of Greece wants to become an example in terms of carbon neutrality. As a result, its police forces only travel in electric cars. It must be said that this small piece of land only measures 27 km² so the autonomy of company vehicles is not really a problem. The police even use Citroën Amis to get around the old town! Does Chálki have the nicest fleet of police cars? Probably not. But the island undoubtedly has the most ecological. And that deserves a little place in our top.
7. Australia
With their large deserted areas, Australian police sometimes need a certain amount of cavalry to catch up with the thugs. But don’t panic, they have what you need in the garage. The Australian police notably have a Honda Civic Type R, a Kia Stinger GT S, an HSV GTS as well as a Volvo S60 Polestar. Needless to say, it is not easy to escape them.
6. England
Among the fleet of English law enforcement, we find some nuggets that are sometimes truly surprising. The police parking lot hides a Ford Mustang V8, a Ranger Raptor, a Lexus IS F, a Lotus Evora S, McLaren 12C and even a Rolls-Royce Ghost! Even if it means getting picked up at the station, you might as well make the journey in luxury and opulence, right?
5. Türkiye
In order to equip their police forces with vehicles suitable for catching criminals, Turkish authorities have decided to reuse cars seized during their investigations. As a result, without having to spend a single cent, Turkish police officers now have an RS6, a Taycan, a Range Rover, a Bentley Continental GT and even a Ferrari 488 as intervention vehicles!
4. Japan
The land of the rising sun has no shortage of renowned automobile manufacturers who are eager to help the authorities. As a result, Lexus kindly donated an LC 500 to the country’s police, Nissan gave them several GT-Rs, Honda gave them an NSX and finally Mazda allowed them to use an RX-8. That said, despite all their beautiful bodies, we would still prefer not to be stopped at all…
3. Germany
Just like Japan, Germany has no shortage of manufacturers who are eager to equip the country’s authorities. But what Japan doesn’t have is a whole series of preparers who are also ready to donate their creations to the police! This is why the German police have among others in their fleet a Porsche prepared by TechArt or a BMW M850i as well as an i4 modified by AC Schnitzer. But the highlight of the show is undoubtedly the Brabus CLS V12 S “Rocket” developing 730 hp and capable of reaching 365 km/h!
2. Italy
Believe us, in terms of police vehicles, the Italians have nothing to envy of anyone. Between the Suzuki Jimny, Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio and Lotus Evora S of the Carabinieri and the Lamborghini Gallardo and Huracan of the federal police, the authorities have plenty to do. Their latest toy? A 666 hp Lamborghini Urus Performante which should mainly be used for organ transport.
1. Dubai
As beautiful as the Italian police bodies are, first place in our top undoubtedly goes to the Dubai authorities. The largest city in the United Arab Emirates even uses its company cars as an attraction to lure tourists! It must be said that there are some (very) beautiful people in their garage: Audi R8, Aston Martin One-77, Lykan HyperSport, Bugatti Veyron, Mercedes G-Class, Porsche 918, etc. All that’s left to do is choose the vehicle that will take you to the station.
