Popcorn is a great alternative to French fries, especially while watching TV, because it is good for cardiovascular health, but it is required not to add salt or butter to it, and to replace that with seasonings that are beneficial for heart health with only a light splash of oil to avoid getting fats and salts.

2- Oatmeal biscuits

Biscuits and a cup of tea may be a delicious afternoon snack, but biscuits with a lot of sugar added are not the most suitable option for patients with high cholesterol, so you can choose a heart-healthy alternative, such as oatmeal biscuits or rice cake.
