The Lebanese artist, Tony Issa, confirmed that he has officially withdrawn from the second season of the series “Zahra Salon”.
And regarding the reason for the withdrawal, Tony said in an interview with the “ET Arabic” program, that he “discussed the producer, Lama Al-Sabah, and assured her that the role did not suit him and he felt that it would not benefit him or add anything to him, and the apology was accepted with love.”
Tony added, “I was very satisfied with the first part and I expected that my character would have more space in the second part, but by virtue of the end of the first part and how his relationship with his wife ended and his exit from the epic and the presence of a large number of actors, it is better not to have the character and give a large space to other characters.”
On the other hand, Tony Issa participated in one of the main starring roles in the series “Al Ain in the Eye”, which brought together Lebanese stars Cyrine Abdel Nour and Ramy Ayyash.
Tony Issa’s performance in the series was highly praised by the audience, followers, and a large number of his colleagues.
