Affected by the northeasterly wind, it is easy to have a short delay and heavy rainfall, and the rainfall is violent in a short period of time. Local heavy rain or torrential rain occurred in Yilan area, and local heavy rain occurred on the north coast of Keelung. The forecaster, Xin Ping, said that the weather tomorrow will be similar to today. It will be affected by the cloud and rain area in South China from the 18th, and the rainfall will last until the 22nd and 23rd. And following the 22nd, there will be short-lived rain in the north of the central, eastern half and southern mountainous areas, and the southern flats will have sporadic rain or cloudy.
In terms of temperature, Guan Xinping pointed out that the impact of cold air is concentrated on the 19th to 21st, and the current estimated intensity is close to the strong continental cold air mass. On the 19th, the high temperature in North Taiwan during the day was regarding 18 to 20 degrees, and it began to drop in the followingnoon; the cold air was the strongest on the 20th and 21st, with the high temperature in North Taiwan regarding 14 degrees, and regarding 20 degrees in the central and southern parts.
Guan Xinping said that the lowest temperature is currently estimated to be between the evening of the 20th and the early morning of the 21st, regarding 12 degrees in Taipei, only 9 or 10 degrees in some areas north of the central part, regarding 11 degrees in the south, and 13 to 13 degrees in Huadong. 15 degrees; as for whether it will reach the cold current standard, it is still under observation.
Guan Xinping mentioned that the temperature is expected to rise slightly on the 22nd and 23rd, but generally speaking, the weather will be cooler and colder for the next 8 to 10 days; if the moisture and temperature can cooperate, the temperature will be 2,500 meters in the north and 3,000 meters in the central and southern regions in the next week. It is not ruled out that there will be snowfall or sleet in the mountains above meters, and the chances are higher from the 19th to the 21st; and the phenomenon of icing on the road should be paid attention to.
Guan Xinping also reminded that there will be partial fog or low clouds in the central and southern parts of the country tomorrow; tomorrow and the 18th on the north coast of Keelung, the eastern half, and the Hengchun Peninsula should also pay attention to the chance of long waves.
