Tomás Pliego supports decree on not considering propaganda promotion of revocation of mandate The president of the State Executive Committee of Morena in Mexico City, Tomás Pliego Calvo, supported the decree approved by the Chamber of Deputies that will allow the president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador and public officials give their opinion despite the veda electoral and define that their expressions will not be considered government propaganda.
