To the politicians of the city of Salzburg: How about setting up simple eco-toilets? Seen this way at the Schwarzensee car park in the Salzkammergut. There’s even a camper space there, so it’s relatively busy but it’s still absolutely OK to go to the toilet there. Unfortunately, I don’t know how much it costs to maintain the toilets. But you can certainly ask the mayor about that.
