On Saturday afternoon, a 19-month-old boy fell from a third-floor window of an condominium constructing in Schwechat (within the district of Letta am Bruck). The toddler suffered critical accidents and was flown by helicopter to Vienna Normal Hospital after receiving emergency medical consideration. The Decrease Austria police mentioned in a press release that the person died in hospital that evening. An investigation into the circumstances is ongoing.
The reason for the window falling shortly after 3 p.m. was initially unknown. The boy most likely fell from a peak of about twelve meters with out anybody noticing.
