TODD Philips, as the film director, shared the latest poster for the film Joker: Folie à Deux which was released on his personal Instagram account page, (3/4).
The upload shows a first poster depicting Joaquin Phoenix as the joker dancing with Lady Gaga under bright lights. The poster also includes the words “The World Is a Stage” or “The World is a Stage.”
The musical sequel ‘Joker’ is currently preparing for the film’s promotional process. The reason is, the film itself will be broadcast in the near future, namely on October 4 2024. This will be one of the films that is highly anticipated by the public, especially fans of the Joker film.
As is known, Joker: Folie á Deux, apart from featuring Joaquin Phoenix who will play Arthur Fleck alias Joker, we will also see the actions of the famous singer, songwriter and actress, namely Lady Gaga. The poker face singer will play Harleen Quinzell or Harley Quinn in this film.
The storyline of the film Joker: Folies à Deux is known to continue Arthur Fleck’s story following the events of the first film. In this second film, Arthur will be seen at Arkham Asylum (mental hospital), where he will meet Harley Quinn, a psychologist who is treating him.
Meanwhile, photos have circulated showing Arthur and Harley escaping from Arkham and starting to go on adventures together.
Quoting from one source, it is revealed that the possibility of the Joker 2 film being mostly a jukebox musical with at least 15 covers of very famous songs with original music space and reportedly, will tell the love story of Joker and Harley Quinn which is full of musical elements.
