Ingredients:
– 100 g butter
– 2 eggs
– 200 g queso reggianito
– 200 g pategras cheese
– 150g milk
– sal c/n
– 500 g cassava starch
Preparation
In a bowl add the ointment butter and mix until creamy. Add the eggs and integrate. Add salt, pepper, grated cheeses, milk and mix. Add the cassava starch and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Make small balls and arrange in a roasting pan. Cook in the oven at 180º C between 15 and 20 minutes.
