After a week of getting started marked by the presentation of badges, practical training, distribution of commissions and recognition of the working environment, the 600 delegates to the inclusive national dialogue are getting their feet wet this Monday.
The work will actually begin this Monday. Each commission begins examining its files.
On Saturday each commission received an extract of the contributions from the populations according to specialties and sectors. The work will focus on reading these contributions to refine them and propose draft texts which will make it possible to create decrees or laws in order to make applicable all the grievances of the populations.
« The ambition is to leave nothing behind », Confided Nicaise Moulombi, one of the delegates of the agriculture and environment subcommittee.
It is recalled that three (3) commissions were set up (political, economic and social). They bring together a total of twelve (12) equally distributed sub-committees.
The sub-committees on political regime and institutions, national sovereignty, rights and freedoms, reforms and organization of the State are under the supervision of the political committee. For its part, the economic commission oversees the economy/finance, equipment/infrastructure/TP, employment and agriculture/environment subcommittees.
4 sub-committees also for the social commission: training, well-being, cultural heritage/values and youth and sports.
It is therefore through these different commissions and sub-committees that the delegates will have to express themselves on the words and the ills which overwhelm Gabon and provide effective and efficient therapies.
Opened during a grandiose ceremony on April 2 at the Palais des Sports, the dialogue work will take place at the Friendship stadium in Angondjè in the north of Libreville until April 30, according to the official calendar. They are supervised by the Archbishop of Libreville, Monseigneur Jean Patrick Iba-ba. This religious was personally designated by the president of the Transition, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguéma.
