The statement continued, “The failure to vote is a malicious and treacherous trick, promoted by the enemies of democracy and Lebanon of coexistence, in favor of strange and suspicious projects and suicidal racist alliances that ravaged Lebanon, inflicting the scourge of poverty, hunger, underdevelopment, and economic, political and moral destruction, and caused him to alienate from his Arab environment. and international isolation.
The statement clarified that, “The Sunni community is the main component of Lebanon, and it will not give up its national and Arab role for anyone, and it will say its word in this entitlement, believing that elections are the only democratic and civilized means for peaceful change, and because the boycott is suicide, the white paper is a waste, and rational participation is a victory.” And she will not be deceived by the superstitions of the contingents and the likenesses of men who sold themselves and their homelands at a low price and with humiliating and weak authority.
