Minuto30.com .- In Chocó, surveillance patrols carried out a successful police operation in the Tomás Pérez neighborhood of Quibdó, where a 15-year-old boy was arrested for the crimes of theft and manufacturing, trafficking, carrying or possession of firearms or ammunition.
The action began when a citizen approached the uniformed officers, reporting that two people dressed in black minutes before had stolen his motorcycle. The police alerted by this complaint observed a Boxer motorcycle that matched the characteristics described by the victim.
Despite the stop sign, the suspects tried to evade the police, but were intercepted blocks later in the Las Inmaculadas sector.
During the intervention, six 38 caliber cartridges were found in the teenager’s pocket.

The community tried to attack the uniformed officers to free those involved; However, thanks to the quick reaction of the police, the teenager was arrested and the motorcycle recovered.
