Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Health advised a group of foods during the Suhoor meal to reduce the feeling of dehydration, fatigue, laziness and thirst during the day in Ramadan.
The ministry stated that these foods include water, natural juices, green salad, oats, and yogurt flavored with fruits. Noting that fruits include fresh fruits such as oranges, melons, bananas and apples.
She advised to eat bread, rice and pasta while avoiding adding spices, calling for avoiding excess salt and spices in general because they are associated with dehydration and thirst.
