To avoid annoying ear pressure on the plane, here are simple ways!

The feeling of blockage in the ears during flights, especially at the time of take-off and landing, is a bad feeling for many.

Ear pressure causes temporary discomfort to your ears during a flight, as a result of the rapid change in atmospheric altitude, which raises the air pressure inside the plane.

This condition leads to blockage and ringing in the ears, discomfort or deep pain inside them, and dizziness.

How do you get rid of them so as not to disturb your trip?

In this context, the Saudi Ministry of Health stated on its official account on Twitter, ways to prevent this matter, which are the following:

Frequent yawning

Chewing and swallowing during take-off and landing

Avoid sleeping during take-off and landing

Do not travel by plane if you have sinusitis or nasal congestion

Use earplugs to slowly equalize pressure

Use decongestants at least 30 minutes before travelling
