Blood donors will receive souvenirs. “Healthy Organic Chicken Eggs” 1 box per person (10 eggs) as a thank you from TISCO. (limited stock)
Steps to prepare before accepting a blood donation
- healthy enough rest
- Avoid eating high fat foods before donating blood. and drink lots of water
- In case of taking antibiotics (Cure inflammation from infection) to leave 1 week before being able to donate blood.
- Tooth extraction, filling, scaling and root canal treatment must be absent for at least 3 days
- Diarrhea, diarrhea should refrain from donating blood for 7 days.
