“Tips for Women’s Mental Health and Ministry’s Healthcare Services: Latest Updates”

The Ministry of Health and Population announced, on its official page on the social networking site Facebook, a number of tips for women to pay attention and ensure the safety of mental health.

The Ministry of Health and Population stated that the guidelines for concern and incitement to safety and mental health are as follows:

Eat healthy
Express your feelings
Enjoy spending time with family and friends
Get enough sleep, 8 hours a day

In a separate context, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, participated in the Holy Easter Mass, which was presided over by His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Abbasiya.

The Minister of Health and Population inspected the medical services provided by the Ministry in the cathedral church during the days of the glorious Easter celebrations, which are provided through 3 mobile clinics in the specialties of dentistry, internal medicine and children, and a car of the President’s initiative clinic for women’s health, in addition to 4 ambulances stationed inside the cathedral, and a number of Cars in its vicinity, in addition to awareness and community outreach teams who roam the cathedral to educate citizens regarding the available services, with gifts bearing the slogan 100 million health and free protective supplies such as masks and disinfectants.
