The elderly attach importance to physiological health, and do not care regarding mental health, knowing that there are psychological disorders that they may be exposed to with age, such as depression and anxiety.
In this context, the Ministry of Health and Population provided, on its official Facebook page, a set of tips for the elderly to promote mental health.

The health tips included the following guidelines:
Family, community and voluntary participation.
Reading and reading, to activate brain cells.
Regular daily exercise.
