The “Time of Heroes” personnel program for special operation fighters collected more than 14 thousand applications in one day. The program was created by order of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by the Rector of the Presidential Academy, General Director of the ANO “Russia – Land of Opportunities” Alexey Komissarov. “Time of Heroes” includes training fighters to work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies.
“The very first day of recruiting participants showed how much demand there is for the new initiative of the President of Russia <…>. And among professional military personnel there are many who have leadership qualities and high management potential. The Time of Heroes program gives all of them a unique opportunity for growth and development <…> in peaceful life,” said Komissarov, his words were reported by the press service of the “Time of Heroes.” More than 14 thousand applications were submitted within 24 hours.
On March 1, the website of the “Time of Heroes” personnel program for special operation fighters began operating in the Russian Federation. The program will help Russian military personnel receive higher education as a priority.
Earlier, Putin said that from March 1, 2024, veterans of the Northern Military District, as well as soldiers and officers who are on the front line, will be able to apply to participate in the first wave. According to him, the program is built according to the standards of the best projects in Russia. He noted that soldiers of the RF Armed Forces should lead the regions and the largest enterprises.
