TIM Brasil announced last Friday (4th) that it will now offer a telehealth service in partnership with the Cartão de Todos, a service that offers discounts on medical consultations, exams, etc. According to the operator, customers of pre-Top and Black Empresas plans are entitled to one free consultation per month, in addition to offers of up to 80% on the purchase of medicines.

As explained by the Mobile Time portal, the telehealth service will be provided by healthtech Tutti Saúde, a company formerly known as Virtù Soluções em Saúde and which currently belongs to Cartão de Todos. With this, subscribers of compatible plans and other customers can see a specialist doctor from a distance.

There is also the possibility of scheduling face-to-face appointments in different categories, including dental ones. Other consumers who are not customers of the pre-Top and Black Empresas plans can hire the operator’s telehealth service at promotional prices starting at R$ 10 and can register up to 4 members of the same family.

Accessible telemedicine can be used through the official Tutti Saúde application, available both in the Android and iOS operating system app stores. In addition to video calls, the user can also use the platform to download the virtual card and present it at partner pharmacies for a discount on the purchase of medicines and other products.

The service is being progressively implemented by the company and for now it is only available in Rio de Janeiro and Bahia, but it is expected that other states will receive the novelty in the coming months.
