WE DEMAND: signing of a collective bargaining agreement with an increase rate of 12%,

WE REQUIRE:

  • Repeal of Law 41/50,
  • Immediate amendment of the article on the four-month routing of E.G/O.G, High Speed ​​Ships and
  • Imposition of seven-month mandatory routing,
  • In practice and not on paper without any objection, the non-approval of itineraries by the S.A.S. and the Ministers, in view of the new sailing period, without the strict observance of the Maritime Legislation

In the name of interests, you cannot and do not have the right to circumvent Maritime rights, but also to undermine through this process the safety and protection of human life at sea.

We extend a broad call to the Sailors, the islanders and all organizations to stand by the Federation’s decision so that we can all defend our fair rights together.

Safe maritime transport cannot be understood without seafarers with structured rights.
