Due to the joint union front action once morest the proposed judicial ban on demonstrations, planned for Thursday, numerous disruptions are expected in public transport. In terms of Tec, all of Wallonia will be impacted. In Liège for example, there will be around fifty lines which will be cancelled. The situation will not really be different in the other provinces.

However, SNCB does not currently anticipate any disruption.

In Flanders

The Flemish public transport company De Lijn announces disruptions on its network. Across the north of the country, an average of 58% of buses and trams will be running this Thursday, De Lijn predicts.

If the action is not directed once morest the public transport company, part of its staff will participate in the demonstration planned for Thursday in Brussels. This will cause disruptions to the bus and tram network in Flanders and the capital.

Less than half of the trams will run on the Coast on Thursday, announces De Lijn. In the city of Antwerp, almost half of the journeys will be provided, while 65% of the offer will be guaranteed in Ghent.

In the province of Antwerp, nearly 53% of buses and trams will be in circulation. This figure will increase to two thirds of journeys in the province of East Flanders. In West Flanders, 56% of trips will normally be organized, while six out of ten trips are announced in Flemish Brabant and Limburg.

Commuters will be able to follow the lines affected by these disruptions more precisely on Thursday on the application or on the De Lijn website, specifies the Flemish company.
