Thunder showers in the Atlas, and hot weather in the south.

The General Directorate of Meteorology expects, today, Thursday, that the weather will remain relatively hot in the far south and southeast of the country.

Raindrops or thunderstorms are also expected in the northern High Atlas, the Middle Atlas, the eastern Rif and the eastern region.

The weather will be cloudy at times during the morning in the northern and central plains and on the Mediterranean coasts, with light and scattered rain accompanied by thunder.

Strong winds are also expected on the central coasts, the eastern region, the southeast and the southern regions.

Minimum temperatures will range between 24 and 30 degrees in the southeast and the far south of the country, between 20 and 23 degrees in the Moulouya Valley, the Gharb region, the plains west of the High Atlas and in the northwest of the desert regions of the Kingdom, between 09 and 15 degrees in the High and Middle Atlas and in the eastern high plateaus, and between 16 and 20 degrees in the rest of the Kingdom.

As for daytime temperatures, they will rise in the center of the country, while they will decrease in the rest of the country.

The sea will be calm to slightly rough on the Mediterranean coast and in the Strait, slightly rough between Cape Spartel and Mohammedia, and slightly rough to rough on the rest of the coasts.
