One of the BTS members, V, surprised fans by revealing the music video for his digital single entitled Free(end)s which came out today, Friday (15/3). In this song, V seems to want to explain in more detail the message contained in it.
Free(end)s is a song that expresses the desire to change the relationship between friends into something more than just friendship. The beautiful lyrics, heartfelt melody, and V’s distinctive voice create extraordinary harmony.
“Free(end)s is a song that I made because I wanted to share something with my fans, and I really wanted to record it,” said the man who was born in 1995 through a representative from BigHit Music some time ago.
V BTS stated that Free(end)s is a very charming song. He hopes fans, known as Army, will enjoy his latest work.
“This song is very catchy, so I’m sure Army will like it too. Let’s enjoy it together,” he added.
In his message, V described that Free(end)s tells a love story between two friends which later develops into a romantic relationship. In the music video, V will reportedly show two different situations, namely when he is alone and when he has a partner.
BTS’s V usually uses soft facial expressions to express different emotions in his music videos. In fact, he pays attention to external details such as color and style of clothing. The perfect visual combination displayed by V is expected to make this music video really stand out.
