Since the beginning of 2023, 46,256 electronic tickets have been generated through the “Earlyone” mobile application, which allowed citizens to visit the public service centers without waiting in line. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development.
According to her, statistics show that the online queue reservation system is becoming popular among citizens. In 2022, online queue booking was used 52,800 times.
The mobile application “Earlyone” is an online queue booking system that calculates the time to receive a service without waiting in line.
How to book a visit to the PSC?
– You need to download the Earlyone app in the Play Market or App Store;
– Select a country (Kyrgyzstan), the city of Bishkek or Osh and a convenient service language (Russian or Kyrgyz);
– Next, in the window that appears, select the PSC, the required date, time and service;
– The application will generate a code, a virtual place is created in the electronic queue system;
– Arriving at the PSC, you need to go to the terminal of the electronic queue and enter the code issued earlier in the application. A ticket is issued. The ticket number will be displayed on the monitor in the waiting room.
IMPORTANT: You must come to the PSC 20 minutes before the appointed time, if the person does not have time, the application has the ability to postpone the reservation for 15 minutes.
