Through Microsoft Azure, Ludos Pro has optimized its product to offer an even more democratic learning solution

Company participated in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program, which aims to enhance free resources for company growth

Investment in corporate education is one of the trends within the human resources sectors in 2023, since encouraging education brings several positive results for brands. In this sense, managers need to provide their employees with a learning experience focused on accessibility, that is, one that meets the needs of each professional. Aiming to serve the market, Ludos Pro, an edtech that helps transform the learning management process in the corporate environment, updated its teaching platform with features that make usability accessible to all, becoming the first management platform of gamified learning with a focus on accessibility.

This was possible because the startup is one of the companies selected to participate in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, a program offered by Microsoft whose objective is to help startups and provide their founders with free resources to help build a journey of growth. The solution developed by Ludos Pro uses the Microsoft Azure cloud, which makes it possible to scale the service, ensuring the necessary security for companies and employees. In addition, it optimizes the solution, enhancing performance and making the necessary adjustments to make the product increasingly democratic.

The new update will serve a significant portion of the job market. According to a survey released by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) in 2022, with data from 2019, the percentage of people with disabilities (PwD) in the labor market reaches 28.3%. For the CEO and co-founder of Ludos Pro, Danilo Parise, the new features are an important and necessary innovation for the development of companies and also of society.

“Since the beginning, Ludos Pro has the purpose of working with diversity and inclusion. Today, we have hundreds of avatar options available, with thousands of combinations, allowing each individual to be represented in the virtual learning environment, the way they want. From now on, we will continuously expand access to the PwD public, following our commitment to inclusion”, he explains.

Now, users find an adapted navigation experience that allows the creation of avatars, storytelling, points system, coins, ranking, missions, news feeds, among others. In addition, several mechanics such as slideshow, quiz, mosaic and videos with subtitles (integration with YouTube/Vimeo), among others, have been redesigned to ensure democratic navigation.

“Training and qualification are resources that are increasingly demanded in the market, both by employers and employees. Ludos Pro is bringing even more elements and functionalities to corporate learning and the cloud is a fundamental element to allow scalability and innovations in the way of learning”, says Andrea Cerqueira, vice president of Corporate Sales for Customers and Startups at Microsoft Brazil .

With the intention of impacting more and more people, the new update will expand opportunities with companies and specialists in the segment, such as Guiaderodas, a partner focused on solutions with accessibility. For the founder, Bruno Mahfuz, the change resulted in a highly effective product for the PwD public: “Providing structures, products or services with accessibility means meeting human diversity at all stages of life. In addition to people with disabilities, accessibility benefits everyone, as it consists of comfort, safety and autonomy. As it is good for society as a whole, we can also infer that it is beneficial for business, because when designed for everyone, a solution increases its target audience.”, he explains.

Mahfuz believes that this is the beginning of a movement of innovations that will allow companies to offer training processes and new learning experiences that are more inclusive and democratic. The new functions are now available for companies to use. Currently, more than 1 million people have already been impacted with the solution created by Ludos Pro. Among its clients are: Sicredi, Renner, Decathlon, Saint-Gobain, Granite, among others.
