TR Racing is looking for a Partnership Project Manager as an intern
4 to 6 month internship – Partnership project manager – Lorient (56)
TR Racing is a structure dedicated to the design, preparation and management of sailboats and offshore racing programs. TR Racing will enter two boats in the next Vendée Globe – starting on November 10 – VULNERABLE by Thomas Ruyant and VULNERABLE by SAM Goodchild.
On the occasion of the Vendée Globe, the partnerships department needs reinforcements to make the most of this event and support its partners during this key moment of the project.
The missions that the intern will be required to carry out may be the following, knowing that the list is not exhaustive.
Partnership:
Management and support of sports project partners:
– Management of contractual counterparts
– Operational monitoring of the deployment of the partnership
– Daily relationship and interface with TRR teams (logistics, skippers)
Support for TR Racing’s commercial activities:
– Creation of commercial pitch tools
– Prospecting listing, analysis and monitoring of prospects
– Organization and monitoring of commercial events
TR Racing Partners Club Management:
– Creation and implementation of events organized for members
– Commercial canvassing of new members for the club
Communication :
Promotion of TR Racing and partners during the Vendée Globe:
– Establishment of information dissemination circuits
– Creation and animation of communication media: internal and external newsletters, etc.
– Reporting and balance sheets
Travel is to be expected.
The assets for success:
– With higher education (Bac+3 minimum), you have several experiences in project management.
– You are organized in your missions.
– Dynamic and autonomous, you are a driving force for proposals on the various activations.
