Thiruvananthapuram | KPCC president K Sudhakaran said that the UDF candidate for the Thrikkakara by-election will be announced tomorrow. Sudhakaran said that discussions are going on in this regard. The name of PT Thomas’ wife Uma Thomas is often heard in the UDF. But neither the Congress nor Uma Thomas has confirmed this yet.
Uma Thomas responded that victory in the by-elections would be with the UDF. Whoever the Congress candidate is will be PT Thomas’ successor. Whoever the candidate is, victory will be with the UDF. Uma Thomas said she did not know if she was being considered as a candidate.
