The boy’s father took him to a hospital. At the scene, doctors notified him that he had no vital signs. In addition, they informed him that the cause of death was severe ventilatory failure.

A commission of the Axis against Homicides of the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc), of the Valles del Tuy, transferred the body of the child to the forensic medicine for the autopsy of law.
