Three villages in the Shepetivka region will be renamed — Shepetivka city website

Ten villages in the Khmelnytskyi region are to be renamed, three of them in the Shepetiv region. This decision was made by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning. This was reported by the head of the subcommittee on decolonization, Roman Lozynskyi.

According to his information, one village is planned to be renamed in Kamianets-Podilskyi district, six in Khmelnytskyi, and three in Shepetivskyi.

Shepetivskyi district

  • the village of Smorshki — Zmorshki;
  • the village of Chervone (Biloghir territorial community) — Danylivka;
  • the village of Chervone (Polon territorial community) — Andriivka.

Kamianets-Podilskyi district

  • the village of Chervona Dibrova — Zavalivska Dibrova.

Khmelnytskyi district

  • the village of Kushnyrivka — Kushnyrivka;
  • the village of Kushnirivska Slobidka — Kushnirivska Slobidka;
  • the village of Pershotravneve — Berezovka;
  • the village of Russian Buda — Rozsohska Buda;
  • the village of Chervona Dubina — Turshchyna;
  • the village of Chervyn Sluch — Slutske.

As Roman Lozynskyi reported, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine must approve the change of the name of settlements during the voting.
