ESKA defeated 55-45 in the final of the Panhellenic Girls Association Championship in the Mixed South and won the title for the 2023-24 season. In the small final, EKASTH/EKASH defeated Mikti Vorra 70-52 for third place.
The coaches of the teams were Gouzini-Petrakis (ESKA), Argyriou-Arapatsani (Mixed South), Papadimitriou-Beloulis (EKASTH/EKASX) and Toufas-Kyriazis (Mixed North). The awards for 1the place, Anne Konstantinidou and Yiannis Alexopoulos, for the 2the place is Evina Maltsi, for the 3the position Kostas Missas and for the 4the position Eleni Micha. Olympia Kassari of EA Paralia was also invited to the Mixed South.
