Three Palestinians Burned Alive due to Israeli Attack

AT LEAST three Palestinians were burned alive and 40 others were injured as a result of Israeli attacks on tents housing civilians in the Gaza Strip.

The fire broke out in tents in the courtyard of al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, downtown Deir al Balah. Tents were built for people who were displaced and attacked by Israeli troops.

Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that images of people trapped in the flames were widely shared on social media.

Meanwhile, the death toll from Israeli attacks on school shelters in central Gaza has risen to 22 people.

The state media agency said the Israeli military was aware that the al-Mufti school housed thousands of children and women who were forced to leave their homes and neighborhoods for fear of Israeli attacks.

The attack also killed two women in Nuseirat. The school accommodates many Palestinians displaced by the year-long war in Gaza.

The body was taken to Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah. (TRT World/Z-2)
