Three doctors sentenced for rape and death M’Mah Sylla

This Tuesday, April 4, 2023, three Guinean doctors were found guilty following the death of M’Mah Sylla following a rape perpetrated in a private clinic.

This case, which dates back to 2021, had shocked more than one in Guinea. Now she knows a new development this Tuesday. Indeed, a court declared the three doctors: Daniel Lamah, Patrice Lamah and Célestin Millimouno guilty of assault and battery resulting in death without intention to give it and of abortion, according to AFP.

Patrice and Daniel Lamah were sentenced to 15 years in prison each, and Sebory Cisse, convicted of endangering others, has one year in detention, said the AFP journalist. They are not alone. Mr. Millimouno and Patrice Lamah were also convicted of rape.

On the run, Célestin Millimouno, meanwhile, was sentenced to 20 years in prison. An arrest warrant has been issued once morest him.
