It was also decided in the meeting that a committee will be formed under the chairmanship of the governors of these provinces, which will have representatives of army corps, police commanders, public affairs, public health and other service institutions and as soon as possible it will be in these provinces. These committees will take measures to protect people from cold and deliver food and fuel to their homes. The committee will give immediate attention to the serious measures to open the roads and other demands of the public in this regard.
