After the settling of accounts between two rival gangs in Péronnes (Antoing) last weekend, things seem far from over if we are to believe a message published on the social network Facebook. Sudinfo relates what might be likened to a threat of reprisals.

A person identifying as a member of the Bandidos speaks out and writes: “Thank you for all your many messages. I’m fine physically, just mentally compared to my friend, my brother…I lost a faithful friend who had nothing to do with the club. I would have preferred it to be I will never forgive those who took your life. You will forever be in my heart, thank you for being part of my life.” So far so good. But that last sentence says it all: “The game can begin”he said.
This person might be the one who was beaten with a hammer on the night of Friday to Saturday during the evening under the marquee in Péronnes.
The floor reacts
According to the prosecution, this incident occurs in a context of settling of accounts between two groups of rival bikers: the Hells Angels and the Bandidos. One person was injured with a hammer and another died, hit by a car.

The comments posted on Facebook were taken very seriously and are already known to investigators, according to Sudinfo. “All of this has been transmitted to the administrative authorities, because there might be a threat to public safety. We are in the preventive, the mayors of Tournaisis are aware. We must be attentive to what might happen as followingshocks in the next few days. The facts of Péronnes in themselves already deserve that we warn of the dangers. This message on Facebook is an element that is added. We may have to pay attention to the holidays that are coming to the region. We must consider all contingencies”indicated the parquet floor of Tournai to our colleagues from Sudinfo.
Still according to Sudinfo, no arrests have taken place at this stage, but “names are starting to circulate.” Arrests might therefore take place soon.
