During a second communication made on Monday, in the space of a few days, the Collectives of candidates who failed following the results of the second group of tests for the entrance exam to the National School of Administration (ENA), have once again called into question the reliability of said results. At the same time, they denounced the poor organization of the tests for the last entrance exam to the ENA and said they had contacted the transition authorities and the competent courts for all purposes.
In its communication and through its Coordinator and spokesperson, Juldas Stévince Biwagou, the Collective of candidates failed at the end of the tests of the second group of the tests of the last entrance examination to the ENA, affirms that rely on legal arguments to contest the results of the said competition.
A competition, according to them, marked by approximate organization. “The objective conditions for organizing the competition were not met. All those responsible for organizing the said competition have not demonstrated transparency, neutrality, integrity and merit.they firmly denounced.
“We are not here to do political analysis. But we recall that in the current context of the political and institutional transition in Gabon, governed by the Transition Charter and the 1991 constitution establishes the era of respect for the following values and principles: patriotism, loyalty and probity, Justice, impartiality and dignity. But we declare that we are outraged by what we experienced following the results of the ENA competition session 2024”lamented the Spokesperson for the Collective, Juldas Stévince Biwagou.
For illustration purposes and based solely on the results of the hospital and health administration sector“a gross enormity appeared on the list of those finally admitted, numbering thirty-three (33), while only twenty-six (26) had been declared admissible, with an average of 10 and above, at the end of the tests of the first group. Another incongruity, the appearance on the final list of these 33 declared admits of certain names which did not appear on the prior list of eligible persons.revealed visibly disappointed, Eric Nzué, one of the failed candidates and members of the Collective.
All these enormities were brought, with force and detail, to the attention of the Prime Minister of the Transition and the Council of State, respectively seized by letters on October 14 and 15. In the meantime and against possible bad luck, the Collective of those who failed the last ENA entrance exam say they are determined to continue to use legal remedies.
