Government sources give a harsh response to SYRIZA after Koumoundourou’s announcement, according to which “the government representative for the umpteenth time characterizes the crime of Tempe as a non-issue”.
In response, government sources emphasize, among other things, that “SYRIZA has chosen to release another announcement full of lies with a misleading title”, regarding the tragedy in Tempi.
In addition, the same government circles make it clear that “there is no question of editing, that is, of altering information in order to mislead public opinion about the talks in question.”
What the government sources answer:
“Those who campaign on the backs of hurting people and campaign on a tragic accident have the audacity to talk about toxicity.
Today, the Government Spokesperson reiterated the self-evident: that there is no question of editing, that is, of altering information to mislead public opinion about the talks in question.
Nor did any such thing appear from any evidence or any statement.

SYRIZA – PS: The government representative dares for the umpteenth time to describe the crime of Tempe as not an “issue”
In a statement, the official opposition party underlines that “the toxic government representative is again resorting today to his well-known tactics: attack is the best defense”.
“So, for the umpteenth time, he dares to call the crime of Tempe a non-issue.” We didn’t hear today about “leeches” (this is his description of the opposition that supports the relatives’ demand for Justice) but about…influencers”, the opposition official points out, commenting that “probably his proposals have not even reached his hands SYRIZA PS”.
“It makes sense since they are carefully hiding them from Maximos”, he adds and addresses Mr. Marinakis with the following questions:
“Firstly, does the government care or not to find out who edited conversations, that is, altered the material after an accident that claimed the lives of 57 people? Does he consider it a “non-issue” even after the statements of the CEO of the OSE, Mr. Terezakis, on Sky Radio?
Second, what conversation did Mr. Mitsotakis have in mind on March 1, 2023, when he made the statement a few hours after the crash that it was “solely due to human error.” The one that was given to the media on the same day (i.e. the edited one) or the ones that were broadcast in the following days and that he is citing today?
Thirdly, since yesterday morning when the article of the president of SYRIZA Stefanos Kasselakis was published in Kathimerini, we have not received an answer to a basic question, while we have heard a lot from Mitsotakis-Marinakis.
