NETFLIX has released a trailer for the new crime thriller, Standing Fog, which will premiere exclusively on Netflix starting August 1, 2024.
In a press release, quoted Tuesday (16/7), the Thorny Mist trailer shows a series of mysterious events that spark curiosity regarding the reasons and who the mastermind behind these events is.
The two-minute trailer can be watched on Netflix Indonesia’s official YouTube channel.
Broadly speaking, Kabut Berduri follows the journey of a detective named Sanja (Putri Marino) who must face her past as she investigates a mysterious serial murder case on the border between Indonesia and Malaysia.

Sanja is determined to uncover the perpetrator, while struggling through the personal problems she faces. However, will Sanja finally succeed in uncovering the mystery of the case?
Kabut Berduri is the latest film by director Edwin, who has won several awards. Starting from the Golden Leopard at the 2021 Locarno Film Festival to Best Director and Best Adapted Screenplay at the 2022 Indonesian Film Festival for the film Seperti Dendam, Rindu Harus Dibayar Tuntas.
Thorny Mist stars a number of famous Indonesian actors and actresses, including Putri Marino, Yoga Pratama, Lukman Sardi, Yudi Ahmad Tajudin, Yusuf Mahardika, Iedil Dzuhrie Alaudin, Kiki Narendra, Siti Fauziah, and Sita Nursanti.
