Villa Rumipal will once once more host the Provincial Triathlon Championship that will take place next Sunday, February 4 and will have its epicenter in the municipal spa of this town in the Calamuchita valley
The event, organized by the Cordoba Triathlon Association, will be for the third official date of the tournament and 150 competitors are expected to arrive from San Juan, Tucumán, Mendoza, Santa Fe, La Pampa, Buenos Aires and Córdoba.
This competition will begin with advance accreditations on Saturday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the town’s Tourism Secretariat and will continue on Sunday from 7 in the morning with delivery of kits, chip withdrawals and arm marking for participants.

The starts are scheduled from 9:15 a.m. for the Print category, 10 a.m. Superprint and 12 a.m. start for children, who will compete on this date.
The triathlon is a demanding competition that includes swimming, cycling and running sections that on this occasion are carried out between Lake Embalse and the landing strip of the Villa Rumipal airfield.
