“This was the case for 90% of passengers”

David Moore has a broken tooth. When he wanted to seek treatment, he was amazed: no treatment was possible within the framework of the NHS (the British health system) or in a private practice, reveals the Daily Mail. He found nothing within 50km of his home in Bridlington, East Yorkshire!

Also, David had to go to Turkey Antalya to have his filling placed more than 4,000 km from his home. He was not the only one: “90% of passengers were seeking dental care”. Although he paid less than in the UK, the total cost was more than £2,000 (€2,200), for flight and accommodation. He testifies: “I remember that I had an implant regarding nine years ago at home and that it cost me as much as in Turkey”. He also describes the quality work carried out by the Turkish caregivers for him.
