This was the arrival of the brother of “Niño Guerrero” to Venezuela

This Thursday followingnoon, Gerson Isaac Guerrero Flores, member of the Tren de Aragua and brother of one of the most wanted criminals in Venezuela, Héctor “Niño” Guerrero, arrived in Caracas.

Guerrero Flores was extradited from Spain, at the request of the Venezuelan authorities, following his capture in Madrid.

In Venezuela, he will be tried for the crimes of aggravated extortion, money laundering, association, illicit trafficking of arms and ammunition, terrorism and financing of terrorism.

According to the latest report from Prosecutor Tarek William Saab, a commission was formed for the arrival of Guerrero Flores, made up of Prosecutors 69 Nac and 83 Nac, both in charge of Organized Crime.

In turn, 10 La Guaira prosecutors in the field of Human Rights, CICPC authorities and the Vice Minister of Interior and Justice would be present at the reception.

For his part, “El Niño” Guerrero has been on the run since September 2023, when a mega police operation was carried out in the defunct Tocorón prison and he fled through a tunnel system in the penitentiary complex.
