Nestlé is resuming deliveries to Colruyt following a price dispute, the two parties said on Tuesday.
The De Tijd newspaper reported on Tuesday that Nestlé had stopped delivery of dozens of products to Colruyt. The supermarket chain and the Swiss food group are currently negotiating new prices. These talks are more difficult than usual, as the prices of raw materials, energy and transport have risen sharply.
Since then, negotiations have once more been “constructive” and Nestlé has resumed deliveries. During the week, the empty shelves should be gone, says a Colruyt spokeswoman. Nestlé confirms this and claims that the talks are “almost concluded”.
