This perfect bow to King Charles goes around the world

People and royalty

The images go around the world and once once more show the perfect mastery of Kate when it comes to royal conventions.

This Thursday, December 15, 2022, almost the entire British royal family gathered at Westminster Abbey for the Christmas concert organized by Kate Middleton. This is the second annual concert of the Princess of Wales, bringing together the entire community and the royal family for a small musical evening. The small party was also placed under the sign of the late Elisabeth II. Various tributes were paid to him throughout the evening.

On the images immortalized by the photographers present on the spot, we can see Kate Middleton entering the abbey alongside William and their two eldest children, George (9 years old) and Charlotte (7 years old). Prince Louis remained at home.

On this occasion, Kate made her first official bow to King Charles III and Queen Camilla. And the princess once once more came out with flying colors. For this very first reverence filmed by the media since the death of Elizabeth II, we can see Kate kissing the king on both cheeks before bowing quickly in front of him in a sober, efficient and perfectly executed gesture. The scene has since toured the British media, but also the rest of the world.
