Minister Ñáñez denied on social networks the information that was circulating on social networks.
The rumor began to spread through social networks that due to the decree of national mourning for three days due to the Tejería tragedy, classes in the country were suspended. However, the Minister for Communication and Information, Freddy Ñáñez, denied it.
Through his social networks, he pointed out “all the Venezuelan people are informed that tomorrow (Monday) school activities continue with total normality, the presidential decree of national mourning does not preempt schooling,” at 11 p.m. on Sunday.
“We will be attentive to all eventualities caused by this climate crisis and we remain active, in solidarity with the people of Tejerías,” he concluded.
