One of the important points is the continuation of the free gasification program with the inclusion of social facilities. The development of transport infrastructure, for which additional funds will be allocated, will give impetus to the development of cities. Also, expanding the program for issuing housing certificates to young scientists is the development of the brain of the country. This will help attract specialists, including Krasnodar, where a medical cluster is being created, and other large cities of the region – Sochi, Armavir, Novorossiysk. Scientists will reach out and develop the most advanced technologies if housing is built for them.
