8:00 a.m.: First meal and preparation of snacks for the rest of the day

After retrieving his bird from its cage to perch it on his shoulder, Olivier Richters sits down at the table for the first time of the day.

Let’s summarize. During the day, the athlete ingested no less than:

607.12 g of carbohydrates; 528.6 g of protein; 193.52 g of lipids; 6383.7 calories.

More than three times the recommended intake for an “ordinary” adult man. However, these seven daily meals are essential for increasing your metabolism and strengthening your muscle mass day following day.

The Dutch giant in Hollywood

It was at the age of 20 that the young man began his physical transformation, going from 80 kg to 150 kg in just 8 years.
