He stated that head meat is one of the types of meat that has a high microbial load, and that the head area is always concentrated, especially in animals and fish, large proportions of heavy metals that result from feed and food and pesticide and fertilizer residues, which often cause a percentage of heavy metals.

Head meat is one of the most dangerous types of meat, for several reasons, first of all, because it is quick to spoil, and because it is one of the most places where blood resides and is difficult to implement, and the skin itself contains fat from the inside and outside, which increases the proportion of harmful cholesterol.
