At the beginning of last week we learned that one of the most iconic moments of Final Fantasy VIthe pear scenewas going to be remastered in review for pc and mobile Final Fantasy VI Pixel Remaster premiered on February 23. That section of the JRPG published more than two decades ago on Super Nintendo (and in the early 2000s on PlayStation, the first time it might be played in Spain) would not only now have 3D graphics similar to HD-2D used in games like Triangle Strategy which comes out tomorrow, but also voices in spanish.
The result, as you can see in the gameplay uploaded to YouTube by user Sergi Olmedodenotes that Square Enix has made efforts to remaster and localize that sequence as mythical both visually and leaving the work to professional singers. The treatment has been the same in six other languages: Japanese, English, French, Italian, German and Korean.
The serie Pixel Remaster remaster the first six numbered installments of the most praised JRPG saga in history (with permission from Dragon Quest) both visually, with a general update of pixelated graphics under the supervision of the original artists, such as the sound band, supervised by Nobuo Uematsu. The interface has also been modernized, auto combat options and content has been incorporated to delve into the history of the series as a Bestiary, a Galley and a Musical Player.
