Balance details, bonus and free WhatsApp.

According to the information offered, customers in Cuba receive the amount of money recharged to their main balance. This main balance maintains the established validity period (330 days) from the recharge.

In the case of the 25 GB bonus and free WhatsApp for 24 hours, these are activated at the same time the recharge is made.

The company says that customers will be able to connect 24 hours a day, once they have received the recharge, to enjoy WhatsApp for free. Therefore, “you can enjoy all the services that this application offers: instant messaging, sending photos, audios, calls and video calls, sharing documents.”

Regarding the expiration date of the 25 GB bonus, they indicate that it has a validity period of 30 days from having received the last recharge in this promotional period.

This bonus can be used on all networks, to access all national and international sites.

How much does an Etecsa recharge cost?

According to the Cuban company, international distributors set these prices, taking into account the transaction and the exchange rate of each country. “This information must be public on each of their websites,” they say.

Recharging a mobile phone in Cuba with a similar promotional design costs around 20 dollars or euros. Etecsa does not apply the current official exchange rate of the Cuban government.
