The game’s 5th anniversary celebrations came to an end with Justin Bieber’s concert, but they still have surprises for September. The new game mode ‘Android Apocalypse’ is now available from Free Fire so we will tell you how to play and what are your rewards.
Let’s see how long we can play it and what it’s about. To play it, simply select it from the game modes menu, which is above the ‘Start’ button.
Until when will the Android Apocalypse mode be available in Free Fire
We can play it up on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 4:00 am (Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Ecuador time).
What is this game mode about?
Android Apocalypse is a mode for 12 players in which the humans face the androids in three rounds. At the start of each one, two random players turn into androids and must fight the ones that remain human.
Any human player who is attacked by an android also becomes an android. Androids have unique powers and can revive five seconds after being defeated. The goal of the androids is to transform all the humans in the round.
To achieve this, they can take three different forms:
- destroyers: They can destroy gloo walls.
- doctors: They heal their companions and themselves.
- explosives: They can throw grenades that create an explosive field.
So what can humans do to win? The last two surviving humans in the round become defenders. These can definitely kill androids without reviving them.
Android Apocalypse game mode rewards in Free Fire
In the 5th anniversary tab in the events menu we will find the Android Apocalypse option, in which we can claim rewards for playing games.
- Weapon Box Enhanced Armor x1: Play a game of Android Apocalypse
- Weapon Box Enhanced Armor x3: Play three matches of Android Apocalypse
- Weapon Box Enhanced Armor x5: Play five matches of Android Apocalypse
